5. Experience : 2 Years + Training Experience
6. Job Purpose :
Ø  To assist the Training function in implementing training programs for pre and post unit launch as well as refresher training in operating units.

Ø  To assist in training and improve operational efficiencies in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Travel Desk and Security.

Ø  Maintaining Ginger Standards, SOP compliance and compliance with all unit policies, auditing processes, both for Ginger staff as well as service providers’ staff.





Job Responsibility/Scope



Ø To conduct induction training every month for new recruits.

Ø Responsible to deliver training sessions for front office, housekeeping, F&B service, security, and travel desk at the unit.

Ø To conduct face to face sessions for each unit every alternate month.

Ø To coordinate training activities, pre and post launch.

Ø To conduct refresher training at all Ginger units.

Ø To conduct audits as per schedule.

Ø To conduct trainings on operational safety procedures.

Ø To bring in consistency to all operational practices.

Ø To deliver training modules as per training plans.

Ø To deliver pre-launch training and rendering of post-launch training support.

Ø Assist Deputy Manager in E-learning sessions.

Ø Assist Deputy Manager in the development and fine tuning of SOP manuals as and when process changes and change in service strategies occur.

Ø To introduce best practices at hotels.

Ø To inculcate a culture of Environmental responsibility through various operational practices.

Ø To report gaps and non-compliance for every visit.

Ø To track guest complaints and implement a corrective action plan to resolve them.

Ø To maintain training records, assessment sheets, and feedback sheets, for staff at each unit.

Ø  To submit monthly training reports by the 02nd of every month.

Ø Sourcing Front Office staff through various channels
